What is the minimum order?
How Do I Order and Pay For My Gear?
There is no minimum order, if you'd like you can order just one item to ensure our gear is high quality before placing a larger order. Orders will always be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Many times we ship the same day if payment is received before 3pm (EST) (Monday-Friday as the postal service is closed on weekends in Canada and we give our team in the states the weekend off)
We ship out of Canada and the USA. All orders will be shipped via Canada/USPS Post Express Postage depending on if ordered from Canada or the USA. It costs $25 Canadian for Canadian orders and $35cdn for USA orders (which is less than what it costs us just in postage costs, never mind packaging materials/gas/labor we are giving the best break we can and promise your order will go out the same day if payment is received before 3pm to ensure very fast delivery)
WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN NORTH AMERICA FROM THIS SITE AND HAVE A SEPARATE WEBSITE TO OFFER DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE U.K./EUROPE (link can be found at top right hand corner) AND GUARANTEE THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR ORDER. We have never had to refund or replace an order yet, but, if were ever not to arrive we would reship or refund the whole order.

comes with tracking and usually arrives within 48 hours of being shipped, NEVER longer than 4 days anywhere in North America. unless you live in a very rural area it can very occasionally take a little longer (also please account for things like weather delays which again, are rare)
Simply place your order through the shop page. There will be a section for you to fill in your shipping info, email and how you would like to pay. We will receive this info and contact you via email with the payment details depending on which method you pick (for bitcoin, we will send a wallet address, for EMT we will send the email to send payment, for Western Union, Moneygram we will send the receveirs name and info for you to send the payment) Please make sure you provide your correct email so we can contact you. You do not need to put your real phone number, we do not need that.
We currently accept payment through Email Money Transfer-which can easily be sent by anyone with online banking (although this option only works for Canadian customers) For customers in the USA , if not wanting to pay with bitcoin may also pay via Western Union/ Money Gram or Cash In Mail.
Do your prices get cheaper if I buy in bulk?
