We obviously cannot take returns due to our safety and customer safety. There will never be a "bad batch" as we personally test our gear before selling it. Our tests include purity tests on our raw powders and then we always will ensure every batch of product we sell is injected into one of the team members *personally* to ensure there is no pain after injection or anything worse and that the product works as advertised.
