We obviously cannot take returns due to our safety and customer safety. There will never be a "bad batch" as we personally test our gear before selling it. Our tests include purity tests on our raw powders and then we always will ensure every batch of product we sell is injected into one of the team members *personally* to ensure there is no pain after injection or anything worse and that the product works as advertised. (of course some people are more sensitive to receiving any injection but you will never get a vial with too much BA like many other labs sell, which causes burning upon injection)

We get all orders out within 24 hours as long as the order is over $100, if it is a small order it can take up to 48 hours only in rare cases though.
